From January 11th to 12th, 2024, the audit team from Intertek, an internationally recognized certification body, conducted a two-day annual audit for PAUTO. IATF 16949 is a widely recognized quality management system standard in the automotive industry, which sets strict requirements for organizations involved in the design, development, production, installation, and service of automotive-related products.
During the rigorous audit process, the auditors conducted document reviews and on-site inspections, and had in-depth discussions with the heads of relevant departments. They audited various operational areas of the company, including operational management, quality management, and research and development capabilities, focusing on the effectiveness of the quality management system, process efficiency, customer satisfaction, and product compliance. PJ-AUTO has essentially met the requirements and received full recognition and positive feedback from the auditors, who also provided valuable suggestions during the review meeting.
