Foreign trade manager/regional manager/overseas sales manager (overseas business department partner development direction)

This position is responsible for one or more strategic markets. Responsibilities:

Sales plan management

1. Responsible for business development and performance achievement in overseas regional markets. The markets are mainly the United States, Russia, the United Kingdom, France, Japan, Germany, South Korea, Turkey and other countries;

2. Formulate annual sales goals and plans, including decomposition of sales tasks, selection of sales products, definition of key customer targets, establishment of channels, and discussion of sales methods and methods;

3. Regularly report work results and resource requirements, and formulate and clarify short-term work plans;

4. Develop expense budgets based on market development needs.

Market management

  1. Responsible for proposing sales, price and promotion strategies in the jurisdiction, and participating in various exhibitions and forums;
  2. According to sales needs, be responsible for overseas market research, provide accurate information on current trends, demand changes, competitors and customer feedback, formulate sales plans based on the results, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes.

Customer development and management

1. Decompose the sales plan into stages and organize its implementation;

2. Customer visits, negotiations, customer development, and execution of contract signing;

3. Responsible for the credit investigation of customers, selecting key daily partners, and establishing and maintaining good long-term cooperation and partnerships;

4. Complete the recovery of payment and collection of overdue accounts;

5. Based on the sales situation, make suggestions for product marketing strategy adjustments;

6. Provide timely feedback on resource needs based on market needs;

7. Relationship management of key customers, handling customer complaints, returns and other abnormal situations.

Teamwork

1. Complete other tasks assigned by your immediate superior;

2. Cooperate with other teams in the company in some collaborative work;

3. Complete company-related project work.

Job requirements:

1. Applicants with a full-time undergraduate degree or above, majoring in science and engineering, studying abroad, and working experience in foreign companies are preferred, aged 28-40 years old, with good image and temperament, regardless of gender.

2. More than 3 years of experience in overseas market development, excellent foreign language skills, fluent in listening, speaking and writing, familiar with customer procurement decision-making processes in overseas markets, experience in the automotive electronics and industrial products industries, familiar with markets such as the EU, UK, Japan and South Korea, and possessing downstream skills Customer resources are given priority.

3. Have excellent business literacy and independent business development capabilities, be good at capturing and exploring customer needs and pain points, and combine the company’s advantages to recommend targeted products and quotation plans to customers.
